What You Can Do
Report Bugs
Bugs should be squashed! Please report them through the web app rather than Slack, email, or other methods. We get the most useful information when feedback is submitted in-app.
What to Include
- What were you doing when you experienced the bug?
- Does it happen consistently?
- Screenshots, videos, or files — anything helps!
- Set a priority:
- Urgent: Actively stopping me from critical work; my users will suffer.
- High: Preventing me from working; should be addressed by the next business day.
- Neutral: Annoying and makes work difficult, but doesn’t fully block me.
- Low: Minor annoyance that doesn’t prevent me from working.
Share Ideas
Have an idea that could make Clavata better? We love hearing creative suggestions for new possibilities and improvements.
Request Features
Need a feature to improve your workflow or deliver better insights (like enhanced reporting)? Tell us what would make the product more valuable for you.
How It Works

- Add details and, if possible, attach screenshots or recordings.
- Submit your feedback.
Your input goes straight to us to review, categorize, and prioritize.
