What You Can Do

Report Bugs

Bugs should be squashed! Please report them through the web app rather than Slack, email, or other methods. We get the most useful information when feedback is submitted in-app.

What to Include

  • What were you doing when you experienced the bug?
  • Does it happen consistently?
  • Screenshots, videos, or files: anything helps!

Report Security, Availability, and Other Incidents

If you spot anything that affects the security, confidentiality, integrity, or availability of Moonbounce, or you have any other concern or complaint, please report it through the in-app feedback bubble. Examples include:
  • Security: suspected vulnerabilities, account compromise, suspicious activity, or data exposure.
  • Confidentiality: content, customer data, or credentials visible to people who shouldn’t see them.
  • Integrity: classifications, datasets, or other records that appear corrupted, altered, or wrong in a way you can’t explain.
  • Availability: outages, degraded performance, or other reliability issues.
  • Other concerns or complaints: anything else you’d like us to look into.
If you can’t access the app, email support@moonbounce.io instead. We triage incident reports on receipt and will follow up with the reporter.

Need a feature to improve your workflow or deliver better insights (like enhanced reporting)? Tell us what would make the product more valuable for you.

How to Submit

  1. Look for the Message Bubble in the app (bottom-right corner).
  2. Add details and, if possible, attach screenshots or recordings.
  3. Submit your feedback.
Your input goes straight to us to review, categorize, and prioritize.
